The wait is over! We've finally added this very
exciting
marine exploration program for student ages 6-8, 9-12
and 13 and up!
Through a year-long series of exciting hands-on
programs, tours, and talks by Aquarium educators,
students are given an overview of the New England
Aquarium. Educators will discuss what it is like to run
an aquarium and explain the role it plays in the region
and the world. The program series will culminate with
students acting as exhibit guides at the New England
Aquarium for their family and friends!

When students arrive at a Challenger Learning
Center, they are first greeted by Learning Center
representatives decked out in NASA flight suits. At the
Challenger Learning Center, students fly simulated
space missions.
The Learning Centers offer students the next best
thing to actual space flight with a Mission Control
room designed after NASA Johnson Space Center
and an orbiting space station.
The New York
program is for students 6-8 and 9-13. The
Connecticut
program is for students 9-13 only.
