Rules of Use
Each coupon is subject to these specific rules of use. Read all coupons carefully for other conditions, restrictions and exclusions.
To redeem coupon, present your valid FRC Membership Card, photo ID and this coupon book to each facility. The admissions clerk will remove the coupon from the book and verify current FRC membership.
Expiration dates on coupon book and FRC Membership Card must be legible, identical and current. Only one coupon may be redeemed per family.
Free admission is limited to the coupon book owner and is not transferable. Coupons are void if detached from book prior to use. Coupons must be presented in person and are valid only on that day. Coupons are not valid on holidays.
Coupons are not valid with any kind of group admission, including school group programs or FRC events. Coupons are not valid with any other discount or promotional offers. Coupons cannot be redeemed by phone or on-line. Coupons cannot be used to obtain advance admission.
The barter, trade, sale, purchase, or transfer for compensation of this book, in whole or in part or any of its offers, is strictly prohibited. This book and its offers are intended for the personal use of the individual parent educator/owner of this book. Any use of a coupon in violation of these rules will render the coupon void. Coupons may not be reproduced and are void where prohibited or restricted by law.
The Family Resource Center of Salem, MA is not responsible if any establishment breaches its contract or refuses to accept the FRC Membership Card/coupons; however, we will attempt to secure compliance.
