How to Register for this Event:

If you follow the steps below you shouldn't have any trouble
preparing your registration for faxing or mailing to us.

1) Print out the Expo Registration PDF.  Read over the workshop descriptions with your entire family.  Circle appealing activites and jot down names so you know, who likes what.

2) Read the Rules of Conduct carefully to everyone BEFORE registering for this event.

3) Print out one copy of the two-page Registration Form for each person coming to the event - even if they are totally FREE.

4) On page one of the Registration Form make an "x"  to mark the activities you want to take advantage of at the Expo: The Member-only Expo Special (see top-left block of descriptions), one-day or two-day admission and exhibit Hall only, Literary Luncheon on Friday and or Saturday, The Sock Hop Supper & Nifty 50's Family Party on Friday, the SPACE CAMP Blast-Off Breakfast on Saturday, and Package One, Two or Three for Davis Farmland & Mega-Maze field trip on Sunday. 

5) On page two of the Registration Form fill out each person's contact information completely.

NOTE for families with two last names: If one parent's name is Pat Smith and one parent's name is Chris Jones, please make all attendees last names unified for our record keeping purposes.  For example: Pat Smith-Jones, Chris Smith-Jones, (Children's Names) Smith-Jones etc.

6) On page two of the Registration Form print out each person's Friday Workshop choices and Saturday Workshop choices. Refer to Exhibitor Workshop Descriptions when you find a program of interest and would like to learn more. Don't forget that we have added special Teen-venture Workshops just for students ages 13 and up.

8) You can call in your registration over the phone with credit card payment on Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm at 978-741-7449. or you can fax your registration forms and credit card information to the FRC at 561-423-3303.  We will also accept mailed registrations until August 16,2008.  Mail registration forms, along with payment (credit card, check or money order) to FRC, 19 Cedarview Street, Salem, MA 01970.

9) Be sure to retain a copy of your registration forms (things do get lost in the mail).

10) Make Hotel Accommodations as soon as possible.  Remember the hotel will hold a room for you without a credit card and you can cancel a reservation without incurring any expense 48 hours prior to the event.
