If you are registered for an event and can not make the event for some reason, please make every effort to notify us prior to the event or contact the event facility to notify The FRC.

All events will begin promptly.  There will be no partial refunds for missed portions of an event.

Please be considerate of others when attending a group field trip.  Others are paying for a special opportunity for their family and expect to get the most out of the event.  Considerate, respectful behavior by all, is expected.

Please turn off all cell phones and pagers while you are in a program.

Considering Appropriate Age for programs.

FRC programs are unique homeschooling educational experiences. We are not like a private or public school with teachers and staff that monitor students. Our program participants are homeschooling students whose parents are their teachers. Parent educators must be with their children at all times monitoring their behavior and safety (unless we specifically inform you otherwise).

Please always keep in mind that considerate, respectful behavior is expected of every program participant and it is not the responsibility of the FRC staff, Museum staff or any other adult to request proper behavior of a student or proper student monitoring of a parent educator.

Although we appreciate the patronage of every family that participates in our programming, out of consideration for all of our families, disruptive and or disrespectful behavior from any program participant could result in a membership termination and or not being allowed to register for future FRC events.

If you have any questions or comments regarding these guidelines or any specific field trip, class or event please feel free to contact us at FRC@FRC.info
